Amazing experience with dearest Milroy!
torsdag 19. februar 2026 09:47 I visited to Sri Lanka the two first weeks of February with my sister and parents to celebrate my mother's 60th. We travelled around the country for the first 7 days of our trip and it would not have been the same without Milroy as our kind driver. He is sweet, helpful and polite, and he is a very safe driver. He has worked as a driver for decades and really knows the country like the back of his hand. He was good to point out things to see along the road to tell us about the traditions and landscape of the country, which we greatly appreciated! Professionally, Milroy is punctual and gave great advice for us newcomers. As a big bonus we really feel like we made a friend along the way and all four of us absolutely enjoyed his company both during the car rides and when making our stops along the way. We ended our vacation with a longer stay by the beautiful Sri Lankan coastline for a beach holiday, and when it was time to fly back home, Milroy offered to pick us up and drive us to the airport. That was a much appreciated service that saved us the hassle of finding a new driver and also gave us the chance to say our proper goodbyes. We 100% recommend Milroy and Romello Tours dearly to anyone looking to find a driver for their visit to Sri Lanka. You'll have a blast! (The car was also spotless with good AC). Trip with Milroy
In May 2025, I visited Sri Lanka for the first time. It was our honeymoon with my wife. Our guide was Milroy. He is a very professional, kind, interesting, and pleasant person. Firstly, during the 4 days we spent with him, I improved my English. Secondly, he told us a lot about the places we visited and gave us enough time to see the sights. And of course, it was interesting to discuss local folklore, legends, and myths about history with him and compare them to Russian culture. Amazing Experience in Sri Lanka

Jude Milroy was on time for pickup’s from the start of the Tour which began from Columbo and included stops in Habarana, Dambulla, Sigiriya, Ella and Kandy. The highlights included Dambulla Cave Temple, Sigiriya Rock climb, Kandy for the Dalada Temple of the Tooth Relic, Ancient Ruins in Polonnaruwa, Pinnawela Elephant orphanage, Little Adam’s Peak climb & Ella Train Ride. Most Magnificent Trip to Sri Lanka
We just got back from a 10 day beautiful trip in Sri Lanka with 6 people, out of which 3 children. Mr. Milroy accompanied us from the first moment till last. Drove us to all the authentic tours and places every single day. He is wonderful; kind, patient, and helpful with any qurstion you might come up during your trip. He even found pure jungle honey for me which was one of my dreams to try one day. Superb!!
It was a fantastic experience. Jude Milroy Perera, our tour driver, was excellent. He was knowledgeable, always pleasant, respectful, soft-spoken, punctual, and patient. He can communicate very well in English. I fully recommend Romello Tours for anyone planning to visit Sri Lanka. Однозначно рекомендую компанию ребят, если ищите водителя для путешествия по Шри-Ланке! Наш маршрут был протяженным и длительным, от Сигирии до бухты Гаямбока, от первого до последнего дня не только само вождение было очень комфортным, но еще и отношение очень вежливым и заботливым. Professional driver
Milroy was our driver for three days. He is a professional and gentle driver. I was traveling with my partner and my brother and thanks to him we had a great time in Sigiriya and Polannaruwa. He has a comfortable car with enough space for our luggage. If you want to make the most of your time in Sri Lanka, Milroy is a great choice.
